What currency are the prices I see in the site?

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-3 business days production time before your order will ship out. Average shipping times are 3-5 business days based on your location.
Tracking numbers will be emailed within 48 hours after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days please email us.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed you can not cancel the order. Only corrections to lip color selections are accepted if you call us within 2hrs after placing your order. When orders come in we work diligently in getting them shipped to you as quick as possible.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, please call us immediately. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund or adjustments will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission. You will have to wait until the order is returned by the shipper to make any corrections. Please note additional shipping fees may apply
